This post offers the "Sheer Terror – Old, New, Borrowed And Blue (Green Color)" vinyl record for $17.16 on Amazon. While the original price and discount are not specified, vinyl records, especially colored variants of specific albums, can often be priced higher. Without knowing the typical price, it's hard to definitively call it a great deal, but it appears to be a legitimate sale price for a niche music item.
