SABRENT M.2 NVMe SSD to PCIe x16 Adapter Card w/heatsink

This is a decent deal for an M.2 NVMe SSD to PCIe adapter, especially with the included heatsink. The price of $6.99 with a coupon code is quite competitive for this type of accessory. However, it is a refurbished "Grade A" item, so the condition might vary, and the original price is not specified, making it hard to gauge the exact discount.
