Lego classic beach streetcar

This post indicates a Lego classic beach streetcar set is available at Costco for $39.97. While the original price and discount are not specified, Lego sets, especially larger ones, can be quite expensive, making this a potentially decent deal. However, without knowing the exact set or its typical retail price, it's hard to definitively call it a great bargain.
