David Bowie - Scary Monsters

This post indicates a specific price for the David Bowie album 'Scary Monsters' at Target. While $16.99 for a vinyl record is not an exceptionally low price, it's a reasonable amount for a new release or a popular reissue. Without knowing the original price or discount, it's hard to assess the savings, but it appears to be a standard retail price rather than a deep discount.
